THE PROCEDURE
Dermatox solution is administered into the skin using our state of the art skin needling device. The action of the needle creates a controlled wound in the form of microchannels in the skin. In the process of healing, new collagen is produced over the next 3-6 months.
The microchannels created act as a pathway for the Dermatox solution to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin. During this procedure, a total of approximately 30ml of active ingredients is delivered over the entire face, neck, and decollatage.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Prior to arrival, please cleanse your skin thoroughly to remove all makeup and excess oil.
To enhance results, we recommend avoiding exfoliation or abrasive skin care products for seven days pre treatment, including retinol, lactic acid and glycolic acid.
Please also avoid exposure to sun seven days prior as sunburned skin cannot be treated.
POST TREATMENT CARE
Most clients are able to return to normal activities immediately after the treatment. Do not apply makeup or any tinted cream for the first 12 hours.
Your skin will be red and flushed in appearance in a similar way as moderate sunburn. You will also experience skin tightness and mild sensitivity to touch. This will diminish greatly after a few hours following treatment and within the next 48 hours you skin will be completely healed. After 5 days there is barely any evidence that the procedure has taken place. The Length of the downtime and recovery time depends each individual skin health and sensitivity.

Ensure daily sun protection to avoid hyper pigmentation. Avoid direct sun exposure and self-tanning wherever possible.
